Watercolor Class Supply List

Artists Edge Watercolor Class Supply List
Thank you for attending our watercolor class! Below are the recommended supplies for this class:

Paint:   M. Graham tubes of watercolor paint, 1 each of colors Yellow Ochre, Red Iron Oxide, Burnt Umber, Ultramarine Blue, Sap Green, Paynes Gray (M. Graham brand strongly recommended)

Watercolor Brushes:  1/2” wash brush, size 12 round brush, 1” stroke brush (Zen brand recommended, but any student or artist grade brand watercolor brush ok)

Paper:  9x12 pad of cold press watercolor paper, at least 140lb weight. (Strathmore 400 series recommended, substitutions ok)

Tape: 1 roll of 1” artists tape (masking tape ok, but may rip paper)

11”x14” Gator board:   A waterproof work surface to tape paper to, at least 1” larger than paper on each side. (Ask an Artists’ Edge employee to cut one for you, substitutions ok)

Pallette: 10 pan folding palette (or your preferred palette style)
